To my memory of my mess about going to it last week:
First you need to be rank 6, secondly you need to be level 65, then go to Xarcabard, Tele-vahzl or whatever for a cut scene then go to the zone and examine the trail markings.
There are tail markins in the following city zones:
Windurst Walls
Port Bastok (I think)
Southern San d'Oria
And Ru'lude gardens
I dont know Beaudecine one yet but the Xarcabard one is bang on the zone.
You will need to put in your share of the money because the time glass you need to use costs 1 million gil (Shared amongst the people there, cost me 18k last time) then I think you need a perpetual time glass (I dunno how to get it, LS leader gave me one).
Then basically the moment you walk in, there is just fcking TONS of mobs heh.
There is no claim system here as it is an FFA but there is always one designated puller PT that people do NOT follow and one designated /assist person who will always main tank the selected monster.
You fight through these mobs, all have a chance of dropping relic stuff I think and then there is Manifest Icons and Avatar Icons.
To my memory the Avatar Icons serve as mini restores of HP/MP based on their eye colour and Manifest Icons add time to your dynamis trip up to a maximum of 180 mins.
It's a lot of fun.
Feel free to correct any mistakes ive made.
/Edit: mini boss NMs add time also and you need to defeat a large boss NM to complete the Dynamis.
