I'm only 0/14. What pisses me off the most is I'll be waiting out for there 3 hrs, killing Lizzy at least twice, and while I'm waiting, some nekkid high lvl comes along, and not only claims Lizzy, but gets the boots as well within 5 minutes of getting there.

I went 1/1 after I quit and came back, got drop yesterday. Was camping with a friend, we were both /war and he got him and drop

Later I got Empress Pin 1/2, and then Nikkiaroae 1/1. (equipping my Nin lol)

The worst part is the fact that I do have to do this again. I'm too poor to buy the boots.

Emp should be a lot easier though. I'm looking foward to it.

Here's what I did, just because I'm just neurotic like that

went as my level 30ish THF/RNG, anon, equipping (can't remember exactly but I think it was something like)

ash club +1, lauan shield, dart
circlet, justice badge, onyx earring x2
robe, leather gloves, ascetic's ring, hermit's ring
rabbit mantle, leather belt, slops, ash clogs

Pretty much either stayed with AFK up or killed weaker mobs with my 0 club skill while there were only a couple (if that) people camping at a time, so they didn't expect much if any competition, kept widescanning for a long time, claimed 5 in a row before I got my boots.

i went 0/30 ish as a thf/rng camping for a few days, walking to bastok doing a CoP mission I got drop just passing through as a blm/whm

Tried LL once, so im 0/1.

My friend 1/1 on LL and VE, withen the same week.

Only thing I have gone 1/1 on was spider torque. I have been camping Poison hand for about 3 days now, I have seen him maybe a dozen times I have been on and claimed 3 times, and he hasnt dropped anytime I have seen em.

Nikka is a gay NM, Orctrap sucks too much, hes so easy to PH and camp, but his drop rate too terrible, I used to camp em non stop, I am like 2/30 on the Nikka and 1/who knows on the belt.

lol it's worse when it's a lvl 14 SAM with no subjob.

Finally got mine yesterday 1/19. Started getting pissed so I bought gear for my lvl 15 thf and got the last 3 claims as thf/rng.

There's some trick to popping it, if you didn't know, with wide-scan.

The PH is last of one of the group of lizards, just like Megalobugard. I just don't know which group exactly it is, but it should be somewhere around on these boards, good luck to whoever camps that lol.

Honestly, I've seen a level 54 WHM without a subjob. Just because she says that the person she saw was a SAM who didn't have a subjob does not mean that she's lying. There really are people who either refuse or are too lazy to get their subjobs.

All you have to know is the ToD. Lizzy's window opens 2 hours after the last kill, and has the possibility to go up to 6 hours without spawning. The reason people have seen it within 15 minutes of killing the last one is because two Lizzy mobs exist; one in the first group, one in the second. Getting claim nowadays is easy, getting drop can be annoying if you have horrible luck.

There is or at least was a subjob glitch back in the day. If you switched your main job and your sub job to the same job quick enough, you would just be set with a main job of whatever you chose and your sub would be non-existant. I've done it a few times myself but this was about 2-3 years ago. I don't know if it has been fixed since then.

well if we go by the PH trick I myself don't believe in the second PH thing...i did LL several times with no one else camping and i tried just killing the "second PH" and never got it to pop...and other times just doing the 1st PH got him to pop twice in 25, 35 and 40 minutes on those ocassions, which kills the 2hr window thingy too.

1/11 btw....and i dont hope my 0/9 VE gets that far too ; ;
