I was wondering what would be a reasonable fee to pay for help in getting limit items?

Recently I was in Lower Jeuno taking care of AH stuff and shouting for help getting the lich papper. I started out offering 20k to someone who could help me get it. I didn't get any offers so I went up to 30k, then up to 50k.
50k for 1 item, and still no takers. Am I still to low? To me 50k seems on the high end, still fair and reasonable, but definatly on the line. Did anyone else pay for help, and if so what did you pay?

btw, i'm sure some of you will get your panties in a twist over payig one's way past limit 1, but i'd appriciate it if you could keep your flames to yourselves. I only have a few hours at a time to play and I can't spend half the time trying to set up a limit party. So thanks in advance for keeping your comments constructive.

find a good linkshell is my best advice.

if not...

for eldeimme, sit in the entrance and look for hi levels skilling up solo on undead (usually paladins will be around)

garliage is a guaranteed drop, but you'll need 4 people. i don't know how you'll go about doing this but to wait for a group of people doing it at the same time.

same idea with exorays. though 1 level 75 damage dealer is sufficient enough to down them provided you heal them.

Yeah I paid for my papy too.

I found a PT for Bomb Coal and Exo mold, mold wiht help from my ls. But then we got to EN, took us an hour to roganize and get through BG, but yay now I know the way. We spent 3 hours hunting, didn't even so much as see a papy. So, after going back to Jeuno, I decided I *had* to get genkai one done thursday(this is 2 days ago) cause I'm home this weekend, and no playing till like monday, and I wanted to focus on lvling. So I shout for papy help in jeuno, offering 20K to anyone who can solo it. After about 10 minutes I get a /tell from a JP lvl 75 MNK who's like "I help, can't speak english ok?". All I have to say is HOLY CRAP thank you to the person who made that JP language guide in these forums, Sorry I can't remember her name but thank you so much.

It was fun conversing in Romanji, and he agreed to help me for 10K to look, 20K if we got a drop. 2 hours later, after running through EN like a bajillion times(the upper lvl from I-10 in Battalia) I got my paper. Seriously, Asuran Fists alone was worth the 20K it was awesome. So really, it's all about how much you think you're time is worth. I offered 20K and got someone, I'm sure if you offer 100 you'll get 8 ppl in 5 seconds. Funny enough, I did 2 BCNM pick-up groups later that night, and made about 100K(erase dropped each time^^) so it evens out. I have a bad feeling about this group tho. Not saying they will do this, but I get the nagging feeling I'm going to get ripped off. After last fight the WHM was like "Where'd Erase go, who has it?" after it said he got it. So 5 minutes of panicing and being like " dude, it says right here in the log that you recieved it, and everyone else got their items(we sold big scrolls, lotted on smaller ish) so you ahve to ahve it", so after a bit of "yelling" he wa slike, ohh ther eit is...I'm worried.

1 65 should probably be okay for mold, i can solo them so i'm sure with you helping they woudln't be too difficult for anyone 65+
if you shout in jeuno make sure you add ok, more people will come help when you remind them about skill ups.

I agreed with Tamashii get a good LS is the way to go from 50 and on, most of the mission ( after rank 6 ) AF and etc require an allance to do it.
