I'd like to share with Remora as of how I attained the following items. I know it must sound too good to be true, beleive me if you want, but this is how I got them. First I'll talk about the Legendary Ninja headgear "Emperor's hairpin"

I was a lvl 34ish Monk hunting Lizards for their skin in Valkurm dunes when I decided to log out for the night where Valkurm Emperor spawns. I noticed a player named Hmace camping the NM so I decided to just log out where the palm trees are. When my counter was at 5 seconds until log out I....GET AGGROED and ATTACKED by Valkurm Emperor! I didn't know his strength at all so I just Hundred Fists hoping that would work, and it did! The next day I /tell Hmace thanking him for the Emperor's hairpin and he explained to me that he had fallen asleep while camping it.

Next is the item every Thief wants. Leaping Boots. I was bored one night and decided to attain Dark Knight job. I changed to Warrior and continued on with the quest killing everything and anything in my way. I decided to go kill lizards where Leaping Lizzy spawns and I saw quite a few campers, Trix being one of them. As I was slaughtering a lizard I noticed another spawn right infront of Trix and thinking it was your average lizard I finished killing the first and then threw my Boomerang at the newly spawned one. All of a sudden all the campers started surrounding me, in /say I put up a ??? and Trix did a /em points at Leaping Lizzy. I was shocked and excited that the average lizard really was Leaping Lizzy itself! I killed Leaping Lizzy and got the drop! What dumb luck because this happened 5 days after I attained Emperor's hairpin!

Next we will talk about every Monks dream hand gear, "Ochiudo's kote" I needed help finishing up a Limit Break quest in "Castle Oztroja" I was /shout in "Lower Jeuno" when a very nice Galka by the name of Wolverine said he'd go as DRG and help me with the quest. On our way there he decided to detour and show me where Ochiudo's kote NM spawned. He told me if I see any "funny named" monsters to just "Chi blast" them, well after a couple of minutes thinking (um.. ok shouldn't we get going now?) Mee deggi spawns! I Chi blast it and get claim and Wolverine runs over and proceeds to Jump it! He killed Mr. deggi quite quickly and Ochiudo's kote dropped! I honestly thought he'd either kick me from party, lot on it, or tell me to sell it and split the profit. When he said you deserved it, I was appalled, equipped them, then proceeded to doing the quest we originally came for.

Last but not least. I beleive Karma is a very strange thing. Some new players asking for help with the same quest I was /shout about just a couple months before I decided to do the same for these players as what was shown me, and that was help them out. We all went to "Castle Oztroja" got the quest done being there were 6 of us, I nearly died because of those wiley birds but thought it a good deed for the night. I left the party after we all said our goodbyes and decided to check out this "Fuma kyahans" NM and what all the campers were all about. I get to where the NM spawns and notice after about 20 minutes of running around killing mobs that a strange named NM spawned, I instantly remember what Wolverine had told me (If you see any funny named birds, em) and that's exactly what I did! I almost did'nt get claim being a Thief and a Warrior were right on top of it about to do their thing too! I pummel that bird into a mound of feathers and you guessed it, "Fuma kyahans" DROP!

Well, I hope the same luck for my fellow players that I had. I don't think I could have ever asked for anything better then to be at the right place at the right time, Too bad I can't say the same for an endgame LS, maybe, maybe not, we'll see what my luck, and yours, has for all of us!

Mine would be Peacock Charm + Utsusemi:Ni both same orb... twice in a row. Other than that I have a ton of ra/ex gear, but most of it was average or lower droprate so meh.

When do these items not mean shit anyways? How many people have camped those 4 NMs weeks on end, killing them and not getting the drop? COUNTLESS!
