lol..... i use to search for drg/bst/drk that were rank 5 or lvl 56-60 (cuz they would have the crystal) that were LFG.. stand next to them and start casting Teleport-Valhz and then blind invite them. Most of them were so excited to get an invite they just accept. Of course then I Warp and blist their stupid asses.

I also like to go to kazham and wear my BCNM gear (low lvl) anon and shout that im 27 BLM or WHM LFG, then just D2 when someone invites me.
