Ok mainly this is a topic on makeing Eyes on Me the best it can be, much like we do in the Cannonball Build thread.

Currently my Eyes on Me build is as follows:

Now mine is missing alot mainly CHR rings

With this build I have CHR +37 and 9 MAB (+NQ Staff)

Spellset is as follows:
Eyes on Me
Memento Mori
Chaotic Eye
Zephyr Mantle
Diamondhide
Cold Wave
Actinic Burst (2CHR)
Voracious Trunk
Magic Fruit (1CHR)
Feather Storm (2CHR)
Helldive (1CHR)
Wild Oats (1CHR)
Screwdriver (1CHR)
Pollen (1CHR)
Sheep Song (1CHR)
Healing Breeze (2CHR)

Now with this build I went out to test base DMG w/o resists:

This was about average DMG too on everything I tested on.

also did tests (not very extensive) and 1CHR = ~5DMG and 1MAB = ~5DMG
So I am prob gonna do more testing on that.

Now based on normal BLM Rules (MAB > Stat) this is what I think would be ideal Eyes on Me build:

Main: Pluto's Staff (2CHR)
Ammo: Imperial/Tsar's Egg (3/4CHR)
Head: Yigit Turban (2MAB)
Neck: Uggalepih Pendant (8MAB) or CHR Neck to be named later
Ear: Moldavite Earring (5MAB) & Novio (7MAB)/Melody Earring (2CHR)
Body: Magus Jubbah (+15Skill)(on high level mobs) or Yigit Gomlek/Morrigan's Robe (5MAB)(expish lvl mobs and lower)
Hands: Yigit Gages (2MAB)/Morrigan's Cuffs (5MAB)
Rings: Light Ring/Heaven's Ring (5CHR)
Back: Jester's Cape+1 (10CHR)
Waist: Corsette +1 (6CHR)
Legs: Denali Kecks (3MAB)
Feet: Yigit Crackows (2MAB)

I plan on doing more testing with CHR v. MAB in these slots but for now this is what I think is best. Feel free to discuss!

Just a heads up, you should probably focus more on large amounts of chr rather than small amounts of MAB, depending on the proportion you can get it in that slot, since it's a low damage spell to begin with. For example, errant/mahatma body would certainly be better than yigit gomlek. More CHR should also increase the accuracy, since I would imagine it is a player CHR vs. mob CHR check. Fixed some stuff on your list:

A lot of endgame mobs resist thunder, and on those mobs you will probably also be doing dark SC to burst ice nukes, so eyes on me is probably the best alternative if you really want to nuke.

The base damage cap on mindblast may be higher thou, none of them are determined on mysterytour.

I still wanna say Mind Blast is closer to MND 35-40%. Eyes On Me is a good nuke to work on upping in dmg, not many mobs can resist Dark Nukes.

The only other option for the neck slot is one of those 3chr necklaces, 8MAB even if only active some of the time, definitely beats that, plus it will work for int and mnd based nukes.

The other interesting thing about eyes on me is that it's also demon type, so while fighting a wyrm/dragon mob, you could cast it and mind blast back to back during one memento mori.

both wiki and somepage have it listed @8 so that's what I'm going by.

As for Temperance Torque, it would be ideal for >50% MP. But it also will be hard to get one over BSTs, BRDs, and WARs. 'specially for one specific build.

they are wrong. everyime i talked about it on the BLM board no one could disprove that my statement "y neak is not 8 MAB"

its just rounded off.

also that piece of equipment was the only thing that threw off my AM II base calulations and they also list the base i found to be 710. putting Y neak as 8 MAB thew that off sometimes so I ended hp having to find it out without it.

I don't think anyone really cares about the difference between 7.8 MAB and 8 MAB, except you. Regardless, it's still the best piece of neck gear for any nuke type blu spell, by a long shot.

The game uses a lot of stuff in Hexa like haste and damage reduction, prolly not much different here. But the difference is so small it only effects exact mathematical calcultations. It really shouldn't impact a discussion of effectiveness.

Rumbas, you MUST do other stuff than sit down and work out that there's a .2 MAB difference on certain equips than others right? I gotta agree with Star here, even though i don't have it, by looking at what's available to BLU's, it is the best neck piece for nuke spells.
