Wouldn't join either of those 2*^ above shells, as they come in following of drama, and it's kind circulating well in the dynamis notoriety that Phil has recently 'stolen' THF AF2 hands by forcing a lotter to pass to him when no other sacks were present, then proceeded to harass/change the ls message and attempt to member jack the shell when he was kicked, resulting in a GM banning him for being a general tool about it. I'd suggest not joining said linkshells with the fullest recommendation. I cannot speak poorly of Cayley from experience, but Phil & Twistedsoul are both kind of black flags of avoidance for anyone to get involved with period.

This is no better then Blondgandalf(SpiritsOfDynamis I believe?) creating a dynamis shell after being removed from his previous for lotting everything in zone after he was removed for glassing himself and lotting AF on his alt against pearlsacks wishes.

VVV/Mani also claimed they had problems with Phil, pre-ArcaneZ, and the fact that the schedule and lotting systems pretty much followed suite soon as they exited felt like a little bit of a rip-off, I've been very critical of him prior to this incident, I still maintain that, but the fact is everyone is told, and seems to hold true to the fact there was no waiting list beyond how priority already worked, period, which put him above nobody.

Efay, whom quit ArcaneZ after 2 runs going to try out got sent tells -5 months - after saying she quit, every monday & friday by Phil, this didn't help my opinion grow very highly, she repeated that she quit the shell, didn't like wiping, etc, and as a result, the tells didn't stop until we had an ls mate say something about it in the dyna shell still.

Regardless, I don't really care about the situation this presents for ls mates who choose to do this type of event with you, simply because it's beneficial to such parties as yourselves. There is a right to display this information, public, and for you to protest it, however going from outright polling of the membership, there wasn't anyone with a shred of hesitancy to get rid of Twisted and his constant bitching for artifact and griping, nor Phil's incompetence and indecisive method of leading, and the shady dealing of those THF Armlets he required be passed to him. I will not, however, defend Skrylla on his behalf, as I only know the general consensus of the members, and not the behind curtain operations of this affair, that is upto you to decide, I do know changing the LSmes, saying its broken, and booking runs over top of the shell itself was an immature reaction, and shady when it comes to such a scheduled and cooperative server, so I don't support the idea of helping somebody with such an ugly record host such runs, and I'll knock advertisements of such as well, considering I'm sure there's no relic funding being upgraded, and it's for-profit sponsoring, I don't care to see such people get ahead in this game, if they've left a trail of not one, but two dissatisfied shells in a row.

On the topic of the current ArcaneZ, I'll be taking a firm hold on how things are done, and I'm not a push-over when it comes to decision-making or getting things done, if there's one thing I do know in this game, it's dynamis.

I don't really care about the things you can bring about a person because if that was the case we could pretty much do that to eveyone on the game. Everyone has had a bad experince with someone on the game sometime or another. As for the bitching about AF. I would complain too when i had 2nd highest points in the whole linkshell and I didn't get anything over someone who joined within a few weeks. I myself felt the same way, I'm just not as vocal about it to the whole linkshell. I'm sure you will make decision's for him well because he doesn't know how to do shit for himself. You may not be a push over but Skrylla is. All I can say is good luck and I'll be saying I told you so sooner or later.

Yes, they can take all the blame for at least trying to run a linkshell that the leader didn't wanna do anything but lot coins. Yes, Skrylla finally got the balls to break off from Phil after finding other people to do his work again. Yes, I freaking hate the dude prior to this even happening. I don't like him as a person and I feel sad for people that don't see thru him. I was so tired of the "Nice guy act." He puts on this good guy (Skrylla) and bad guy (Phil) act so much it was sick. Yet all I ever heard was him bash everyone. I would go and help him do stuff for hours and all I would get is constant bitching about someone or freaking out on me for no reason at all. I would rather be friend's with someone who said what was on there mind rather then run behind and talk shit about people. I can't even count how many hour's Twist and I both have helped him yet all we get is disrespect in return. I'm all for putting in the work to get the things you want in this game. Games I have nothing against you but I do think both of our view's are one sided. You weren't there to experience it all. Sure you can get information from other people but thats yet again that's more hear say. My mother would be rolling over in her grave if i judge someone on other people's views. Sure, I can take it into consideration but that doesn't mean people can't change or can't prove them self to be good people. Twist and Phil maybe overly outspoken sometimes but I have more respect for that then the childish games Skrylla plays. I will still stick to my view's of Skrylla being the biggest douche bag I have ever met on game. People can make there own conclusion's. I think he is the worst kind of person to have around. He will play nice to your face but just wait for him to stick the knife in your back because it will happen. Sorry i stopped doing dynamis, i got bored of the game and i kinda wanna level thf to pull in dynamis lol, its more fun than blm.

Now Phil was a leader in our dynamis shell, but when he "unwillingly" (so he says) got moved to a different server, he sold ALL his currency, and used it to level Smithing. Gabrielle Manifestos leader went as far as making a character on his server to get LS stuff and Dynamis bank which Phil had at the time. He was a good leader while been in VVV BUT sometimes stubborn, and me and Deathangel let him lead cuz i had lots of stuff to deal with as Mani sackholder, DA had gotten in an accident so he went MIA, and i'm lazy too!
Overall Phil is a nice guy but questionable in his actions.

Skrylla was also a sponsor in VVV and left Manifestos after getting angry over a drop or camping i think lol. He went as far as calling us sackholders Nazi, which made us all lol. After that he asked me if he could still sponsor in my Dynamis shell after acting like an emo kid, and i told him no. Skrylla tends to have 2 sides, the bad side comes out more often sadly. But when he is nice hes really cool.

I liked VVV a lot, the members more then anything, but the sponsorship thing was kind of irking me, so when DA got banned, you were gone, and Birg was talking about sponsoring his second-relic once he finished and bouncing the idea of 2-3 people were elect as sponsors when I'd asked/been offering since the day I joined and the other two elects only perked up within 1-2 weeks of DA being banned.

I figured I'd just had no leg to stand on without anyone supporting my offer like when you were in the shell and DA mentioned once he'd finished it was up there, basically all the leaders except Birg were pretty reassuring. I don't like to repeat myself because I don't like to annoy people with persistence of it.

Around this time, actually within the same week of that.

ArcaneZ had drama and a leadership position open in another shell I snatched it up, I have a lot of freedom in the shell with how things are run, and took quite a few liberties to fixing it up nicely, members took pretty much instantly to the idea and it got me my relic progress which is well into stage 3>4 now and since bynes are so easy I have a bank of those sitting by.

So, I left, it wasn't really anything personal or offended, I still like the people in the shell, hell, after the Tribafesticles merger, a lot of the players who joined were my LSmates of the last 2-3 years so that was homely(though awkward since I went freelance away from them to get out of endgame), but when opportunity arises obviously you have to jump on it as soon as possible in the situation of sponsoring, the currency income is good, so I have no reason for complaint, the new shells time is actually horrible for me as an east coaster, but a shell is a shell and I grew to like the people here.

I started up DKP for Xarcabard and Accessory lotting, which is a lot more reassuring then very lax recruiting/lotting rules when you've got jobs with 10 items, lol.

More Info: We're an easy going but skilled salvage static. We got at the EST times of 9pm Friday (double run), 10pm Saturday, and (JP Midnight) 11am Sunday. We typically target farming runs to spam 35's for a couple members, and don't stop farming those couple zones/NM's till we see a piece. After one/a few of these, we'll usually spam bosses to get the 25's for these pieces. And we'll rotate run/farm priorities based on who's getting pieces completed from their wishlist.

Requirements: Looking for 1 member. Monk 75. Penance merits (preferably capped). Good attendance and positive attitude.
