okay, so here's my current chocobo...

She's at : Average (END), Slightly Deficient (STR), day 32... She hit Average END on day 30
Personality: Very Patient Chocobo

Can anyone tell me how fast the Tier III plan "Deliver Messages" levels up STR stat? does it make a big difference at all?
it's about 5-6 days for her to level up on Tier II plan "Deliver Packages".

I'm considering either

1) keeping her on the tier II, which matches her personality more, and hope I reach first class in STR and END

(2) risk doing tier III, which might cause injury/ too much hate/ just plain suck, after she reaches a certain stat in END with Deliver Packages. I'm thinking once her Endurance reaches "Good" and STR "Better than Average", estimating around day 44, to put her on Tier III, if I do this.

(3) Tier II with spamming choco races, though I don't have much gil
(4) Plan 2, only hopefully earning enough chocobucks to raise STR and END alternatively.

I'd like any opinions/advice on what to do, these are just all I can come up with for now.

I'm going to hopefully start spam-racing her soon (if I can afford it). anyone have any records of how high they've paid to race their choco (on what #run)? if I hadn't been a sleep-deprived moron and read 'Care Plans' properly followin INariya's plan like I originally intended, I woldn't be dealing with this problem *is bitter and sad*. I don't want to raise another one and I don't want to give this one up, so I'm going to try do whatever it takes I guess.

she doesn't get the pretty tail feathers ;__;

It all depends on how much you fail/succeed at tier IIIs. I tend to be able to handle tier IIIs by feeding one Azuoph green and walking.

If you succeed, you can get a stat to the next level in 3-4 days while tier II could take 4-6.
If you fail, it could take you 4-6 as well, perhaps more depending on ailments/affection.

Plus I've seen/heard stories about people getting status ailments every single day after doing the switch. These hinder care too.

It's all random.
