They won't leave, they stand there, they will hurt you. The hate generated on one is shared, the reason a carby pull works on other things is because no one EXCEPT carby is on the mobs hate list. If you damage one the hate is diffused throughout, so carby is no longer the only one on the hate list.

When we try tonight my strategy is going to be to try and kill that mob first if it is up, if it isnt then we will have to kite. =/ How hard are the mobs that are numerous, can they be held off by people far from alliance or even solo'd?

I'm pretty sure my LS was first to do this yesterday on Rag, went in about an hour -hour and half after maintence was done. I was about 5 minutes late cause I was on the ship to Nash and couldn't enter along with the rest of ls who was late. It's not like dynamis, make sure you all enter together. From what the LS seemed to figure out is that every mob must share hate and I think that only 12 or so of us were in there and they were obliterated. We tried to sack pull with a person not in pt, however even though he wasn't in PT, everyone still saw mob claimed red. D: Everyone is equal I guess, and they did complain about sleeping problems. I don't think they had many sleepers though so maybe with more Dynamis-ish numbers of people this won't be so bad.

That reminds me of something that happened during my first Einherjar experience. We got to the Marid and it started spawning Chigoes:

2) Started attacking a Chigoe.
3) Used Astral Flow.
4) Blood Pact command.
5) Someone provokes Chigoe away from Ramuh.
6) Misfired Blood Pact.
7) 45 seconds later I was about ready to BP again, except I had just died along with a majority of my alliance.
Nonetheless, I don't think the Chigoe were that hard and I think Astral Flow would have been very effective. Oh well. Next Einherjar on Saturday.

we did the S chamber last night
15-20 hounds i assume... manticore boss...
we killed the hounds, someone said there might have been a bird, or group of birds.. but they werent there when we were ready for the boss
his hp is very high, and so is his regen... also hate on him was extremely wacky... cure 2's were pulling hate.. rdms and whms ended up tanking cause no matter what the ninja/pld did, it'd usually ignore them whenever it felt like it, and went to go chase someone else...
setting up SC's might be the best idea we think
it was alot of fun though.. very exciting stuff when you have 20mobs on you ;D

no we got to 20% on the manticore before being booted =/
blms reporting ice was the better nuke, though some got in a 1k burst2
dunno if it was cause of ice day when we entered, or cause he's weak to that

-Nihhus : Wivre
We entered with 33 and started to sleep the 30+ bats and pick them off one by one (not alot of HP). I dont remember a dark elem, but I wasnt paying mych attention to the other mobs, lol.
We pulled and killed the bird that popped, but we didnt see/get a chest with comsumable items in it.
We skillchained on the Wiver and that fugger has a lot of HP and high def. He has a haste/berzerk mode and also aoe dmg which is blinkable. Has a nasty ATT down effect as well. We beat it with little time left. May want to save 2hrs when your mages are OOM and just melee it down.
We got key item, p.hands, normal wivre drops, and 500 ampules as well.

So Ukko's group had 30+ bats with 30+ people, my group had 15'ish krakens ( I dont know the exact number) with 22 people, anyone else thinking that it scales according to people entered?

we had worms and bombs. We entered the room with the manticore. We first thaught that sleeping bombs wouldnt be a problem with 6-8 blm in the alliance (we were like 25 people or so) BUT they either resisted the Sleepga II or the sleep didnt evne last long. my ES sleepga II lasted 2 seconds... After we noticed that it was a big mess. We had no crowd controll. not to mention that the bomb that melees did fight did self-destruct, becuase all the blm were occupied on staying alive and getting some kind of crowd controll so it got even worse. haveing 10-13 mobs that cannot be sleeped and cast magic and self-destruct is urgh... got pwnd fast with firaga III spams and self-destruct.
I think the biggest problem here was the crowd controll, since we didnt even knew that the bombs would resist sleep, or that sleep wouldnt even last that long (hello-double dark weather lol) failing was programmed, with crowd control I see this becomeing very easy. the bombs had approximatly 2k hp or so, next time when we enter the same room and get bombs we probably just gonna let a thf pull and we blms will just thundaga III the shit of all the bombs, problem solved.

We went in with about 32 ppl I think. Had skele's and boss. Used brd's to sleep skele's (sleep doesn't stick long). Pld's voked and flashed to keep mobs off of the mages. We cleared the undead, however missed the bird. Depopped while killing undead. Boss had a ton of HP....We brought him down to about 60% before running out of time. Nothing seemed to hit him too hard, however straight tanking is no problem with the right support. His AOE did quite a bit of dmg to the ally though. I'm guessing this is like the CoP dynamis's where certain mobs must be killed in order to make the boss weaker. Don't know exactly how bird works, since others have stated the boss was no easier ftare killing. We recieved no drops.

Nope Boss seems random as well since we have heard the following bosses and there are only 3 rooms:
1. Wirve
2. Orobon
3. Marid
4. Manticore
5. Buffalo

maybe there are 2 possible bosses for each chamber, theres 6 different kind of last boss, and 3 chambers in each wing.
