Just go talk to the taru's then trade the spindel to the taru, you dont need to talk to Nihaa Mingo at all, i dont know why they put that there.

i'm not sure what to do? i have talked to everyone in windurst and now i'm stuck, the problem is that the mithra i talked to was suposed to talk about that spindle but she didn't, what do i do. I'm not sure i want to get the item yet because i don't want to waist my time getting it. Has the quest changed?? please help me..

i had this problem too. talk to the taru in windurst waters again. and again. you might've done it when R = 0 so that part of the quest never registered.

just to make sure, i also went to giddeus and gave mihgo 4 yagudo necklaces before talking to the whiny taru in waters again. also, note that you don't need to talk to them to get the spindle from the spleunking sabotenders in quicksand caves. you can iron out those "issues" later.
