I'm a 75Rdm and can sub /nin. Assume I claim him9 for arguements sake).

Now, Rdms base Eva is 210, but with Ohat, Scorp Harness, Boxers mantle x2 +5 Eva earrings,
an Evasion torque, crow legs and feet, I forget the actual evasion bonus fromt this setup, but I have 65+ NM's miss me on a regular. And I have BlindII SlowII ParaII.

My question is, with that melee setup, Joyeuse and a Kraken (enmagic doin most of the dmg) would i stand a decent chance against him if I use the Melee for a bit/ Grav/ Sleep/ Nuke kite, then melee rinse repeat method? I have +52Int and Moldy, Uggy Pendant, Duelist feet for magic att.

All the incoming shit talk aside, someone plz give some feedback that might actually be useful. I'm 0/12 on Swift Belt, and fellin gimp with a haste belt.

There is a prominent end game LS on Fairy (that happened to have about 10 to 20 members on the FFXIAPP list fiasco) that often bails on Fafnir windows and brings 30 to 40 people to camp it.

They have been camping this level 55 crab every single day for years with no less than 10 people every time and usually claim it 9 times out of ten. It's really a rather sad situation.

They cockblock everyone from it everyday. I'm jealous of your success, congrats on the drop. On my server this LS is worse than RMT. It's just a given that you have like 0 chance of ever getting claim and if you do it's most likely on a day when it doesn't drop.

In response to the Xuetent, I don't think you'd need to go for that much evasion gear on KA to be honest, maybe use the torque or something, if you keep him blinded he shouldn't be a problem. I'd probably go for a DD setup if I was in your position. You should be able to down him before rage though. You shouldn't waste time with gravity, just toss in a few nukes every now and then. Only real damage he'll do to you is with waterga, and as long as you keep barwater up, he won't be a problem. His watergas generally hit me for like 100~ with barwater up.

KA pussy+1. You don't need Eva gear you need a few other jobs. RDM can't really solo him before rager :/. He doesn't hit hard, his agas barely do damage and with Enfeebs he is like.... lols.

Thank you for your response Levee. I wsa thinking Eva gear due to the fact that everyone I know is a lootwhore and would never just help me kill it, so the Eva would keep from gettin my face beat in. I have yet to get my swift belt (only 10% haste gear), so keepin shadows up >could< be that much more difficult.

Im just a dude hopin for a chance to get a killer item. Would love to have V belt on war to put it at +21% haste.

Nin/Whm Solo with meds and all the healing you need wont help you kill him solo within 20 min to avoid rage. /em raises the bullshit flag.

Killable by 6 level 62 players. Duoable at 75 by WHM/NIN and RDM/NIN (depending on skill) Soloed in early August of 2007 by a NIN Lvl 75 with haste gear.
