can a PS2 user use fraps?? how??

On a positive note tho....
Because the PS2 plugs into your television using RCA connectors, you can split them so the audio and video goes both to your television and also some other device which you could use to record and/or take pictures from (eg; a PC, VCR, or DVDR)

Get a TV Tuner Card and then hook your PS2 up to your PC and then just turn it on and you can record/take screenshots through that.
