Gluttony Sword - not from the AH

I was talking with one of my Japanese friends last night and she was congratulating me on being close to 57 (no point here I'm just really happy about it so I'll write it here) and she asked me what upgrades I was gonna go get, naturally I said Gluttony, she then asked if I planned on buying or questing for it. I'd never herd of a quest so I asked for more info and all she was "Seven Sins" and then I guess her PT got rolling cause she didn't reply back....

The point of all this is : How can I get the Gluttony Sword?, it has to come from somewhere if it's at the AH so if any of you know how to get it and what sort of PT configuration I would need please post it and thanks in advance.

I believe the sword is a rare drop from a level 60-ish mob named Skull of Gluttony. He spawns around J-6 in the Eldieme Necropolis, but I am not sure what his spawn trigger is. Good luck!

there are 7 Skulls corresponding to the "seven deadly sins", and each drops a weapon. Each weapon has -1 to all stats, except +7 to one stat. The sins, weapons, and stats are:

Greed, Scimitar, dex+7
Wrath, Tabar - 1h axe, str+7
Gluttony, Sword, vit+7
Sloth, Wand, int+7
Lust, Dagger, agi+7
Pride, Staff, mnd+7
Envy, Spear, chr+7

there is a map of the spawns here: http://www.speakeasy.org/~sticks/ffxi/name...Necropolis.html
To spawn the Skull NMs (all 7 are spawned at once) you trade a flint stone to each of the 7 candles, located at the NM spawn points. I'm not sure if there's a time limit on the trading or if it's just when all 7 are eventually lit, but when the 7 are lit, the Skull NMs spawn. Recommended party as per Allakhazam is 12 people @60, based on that, I'd say a full party at 65~67 should have an easy time of them. Drop rate is pretty low, though, around 10%. Once the NMs have been spawned there's either a one hour or three hour wait until they can be spawned again, not sure on that point either. Nice sword though, check my sig for a pic of it.

The only reason these NMs are not heavily camped (I mean c'mon, 500k drops? Who wouldn't want that?) Is because as Magicker mentioned, very low drop rates, takes tme to organize for them, and if they are camped too much the economy on those weapons falls out.
