MDC.....Medic(Chemist) mayhaps?? I've had ideas about how chemist could be used for a long time ("spells" to make r/e stackable meds)....a new tank job would be nice but a new main healing job would be super as well XD

Hmmm good call Minty! Maybe a chemist-type thing, or maybe some kind of cleric? Didn't FFT have a solid priest healer that was more than a WHM?

Its definitely possible that there will be 4 jobs with the expansion. I mean just because the trend for the 3 expansions with jobs was 3 doesn't mean that WoTG will continue this trend. Maybe SE has come up with some really new and unique ideas for 4 jobs. It would be kinda cool if we got a healer (chemist), tank, support (dancer), and magical DD of some kind.

actually I think dancer would actually be the Mage DD just because I was playing FF5 again the other day and Dancer's Job ability Dance is a random move of which is taken. I really doubt SE would make it random but never know. But for now all this stuff is just speculation until SE reveals it for sure.

Also if you read the description for Dancer on the WotG site it describes it as being a front-line job, weaving magicks that rivaled the most powerful sorcerers.....so dancer SOUNDS like its intended to be a DD job^^

Ok i just had an idea for a new job, a tank job, it may sound either really cool or really retarded but just an idea...

You all know that sport fencing yeah? and we all know that plds use defense and shield skill to stay alive, along with magic too, well how about a new job called a fencer? you know that RL fencers parry all the opponents attacks, and dodge them too, so what about a fencer that uses evasion and parrying and also some magic???

BTW not seen the video that everyone is talking about yet so it was just an idea

Also i think that dancer might be a like a brd/blm job? or vice versa whatever on you like best XD

I'd love for them to add Mystic Knight, or give one of the new jobs the ability to combine a spell and melee attack (Not like en-spell, it's just added to the single attack.) Say like Rusty and Vivi in the godly FFXI.

Today SE released the premise for it's Harvest festival events Dark Lillies part 3, in the dialogue they mentioned 2 newly revealed crystal war professions. Witch (elementalist) and Exorcist, speculation may begin anew.

If you are new to the harvest festival or don't remember, the Dark Lillies are a group of outcast mages from the crystal war era. Each dark lillie had some form of traumatic experience in thier past that led to thier turn to dark magic, and they were feared greatly by the population. Eventually persecution led to them turning to the enemy for help, the dark lillies became extict after the coven sold thier souls to the Shadowlord and his army, in exchange for aid in revenging thier misery on thier tormentors.

The exorcists are a secretive group of people who until recent years have not revealed thier existence to the population. Thier purpose and goal is to return lost souls to Altana, to free them from thier ties to Vanadiel so they may rest in peace. This job may have been instrumental against thwarting the Shadowlords Vengeful armies of undead during the war. In modern times the Exorcists only reveal themselves for the harvest festival to calm the spirits haunting the 3 cities and to spread the story of the forgotten Dark lillies.

I dunno, they really don't sound like jobs to me. They mention mages, but they're obviously speaking of adventurers so they must be referring to like BLMs. I was actually hoping for a hint myself, but I don't think there are any hints there.
