Hello im lvl 92 cooking and im still having a hard time HQing a simple lvl 16 syth Witch Kabob is the HQ from Roast Mushroom
and yet after 6 syth facing the correct derection for the crystal I was useing still only 2 HQ.

There was another cook making ron pies lvl 90 he was lvl 101 cooking and got HQ like mad. I thought the chance for HQ was = to how many lvls you were over the syth cap. Sorta like a bunny in raf {To Weak}. If that is the case he was only over cap lvl by 11. I was over cap by 76 lvl's.

Are there just char's that suck at certan things no matter what? {lol} But realy any light you can shed on this will be a great help.

UDATE!

I just went and crafted a lvl 3 syth Carrot Broth I made the syth 12 times I got HQ 4 times 1 HQ2 and the other 3 HQ1. My mog has a strong water engery or how ever its said. Please any advice would be much help:)
