I did all of the pre events for each path after I went and talked to War Machine on the Louverance Path and went to talk to Yoran Oran I didn't get CS he said something about sand and a statue it said i was suppose to get cs on net. Can anyone help me out?

There is no cutscene for when you talk to Yoran Oran again, so whatever walkthrough site you're using is incorrect about that part. The dialogue you got from him is all you need (technically from what I hear you don't even need it, that it's optional), so you can now go to Mine Shaft #2716 for the bcnm.
