I would say use omega ring over an NQ +4 CHR ring, hell i use it for about everything, rdm, blm, brd, 3 of each mage stats and 3 macc, one nerid is plenty, skill is nice to have and all but there are many, many options for stacking CHR and SKILL items compared to macc, that it's hard to ignore omega ring.. also you seem to want entirely too much stuff, especially haste gears, you want to haste your ballads... why?

That part threw me off a bit, but for pulling, i honestly almost never dip into any haste gears, i find it unnecessary considering if you are the bard thats pulling in exp (pretty much the only time haste is very beneficial) you should always have double marches on.. which does plenty for your utsusemi timers

Might as well add: Full zenith set macro for activating your minstrels ring latent.
