Best way to make fish=money?

I normally go after moat carp and stack them up and sell em but is there any other practical gil making fish that i can catch out there? Im not worried about what skill i need ect. i just wanted to know if anyone can share some info on how the profite off fishing not just with moat carp. any help is greatly appreciated.
