That's not a monitor per se. Wacom decided to merge two things: a tablet and a monitor. :3 It's called the Cintiq.

It's expensive too. >_< I want one. T_T

better yet, you should try what I did. No watercooling, but no fans either.
All passive cooling.. and performance of Geforce 8800 to boot!
