I was extremely happy when I found out that SE was changing the races to a 24 hour wait and adding C2 and C1. Before the update I had been doing my 1 race per week religiously but since the expansion release I've been too caught up in campaign and leveling DNC to bother with races until today. I've been in this fucking place for 2.5 hours and not a single C2 race has come up. I've watched the announcements for many C4, C3, and C1 races scroll through my log but no C2. I don't have enough solo points to do C1 yet so I had to settle for a C3 Has anyone else had this problem?

well i was pissed off that they let people use items during races which really messes up the betting system when you read the chocobos stats.

Umm, item use was part of the plan for the Chocobo Circuit since it was announced. They do limit to one item that can only be registered before the race.

Wait! People actually use the chocobo circuit? On Lakshmi its just like the colosseum... completely empty 99% of the time.

I don't personally do the races but i know this one guy in my LS does a couple races a week and he usually makes like 50-100k every couple days on it i think...

C2 races give a reward of 50k for 1st place and C1 is more but I'm not sure how much. All you have to do is walk in and sign up your bird then you can go do whatever else you want during the race and come back to pick up your reward. How the hell is 50k for 5 minutes of your time a bad thing?
