Why the fuck are poppable, r/ex item NMs not 100% droprate? There's no need for them not to be.

Anyone else feel the same way? Just spent 5 hours down in RiverneB01 to go 1/5 on Soboro's. Such a timesink.

Also, in before "spend more time = more money for SE", I'm well aware that's why, but effort=/=reward when it should, especially with popped NMs with only r/ex drops.

well the droprate on soboro isnt bad at all with th2 and the pop items drop from the mobs, but yea, i agree theres no reason for poped mobs with r/e drops to not be 100%. it helps with epeen though.

Got the Barb. gloves (forgot name) 2 nights ago as well, first time too.
FFXI droprates are total failure.

they should at least change argus to forced spawn. i know they made the others pop instead of lotto because of the rmt but argus' 18-36hr window that is shared with leech king is just ridiculous for a 5% drop rate on r/e gear. if they want it to still be a challenge just make the pop item drop from million eyes. f' it, my mnk will be 60 soon and i'll just use the chiv chain.
