Cerberus pop window

I tend to camp/watch Cerberus's windows for my LS; and on Asura Cerberus likes to pop right after 6am EST a lot. More offen then one would think it would be with such a long window. So just kind of wondering what he is like on other servers.

Um, he pops randomly all over the clock on titan....within the 24 hour window :o_O
