I had my account cancelled for this month due to exams, but when I just tried to log in it gave me this message:



Now I'm not asking like how it happened, because there's no point. But what I'm wondering if is that message suggests that I have been permanently banned or have a temporary suspension? I remember seeing a screenshot somewhere of an account that WAS permanently banned and it said something else, like "your account services have been terminated" or "your account has been closed".

Any help on how I contavct this center other than over the phone (because my english pronounciation skills suck xD) would be appreciated. Thanks!

LM-17 is temporary suspension if I'm correct and it will be gone in 3days.

Yeah. LM-17 is temporary ban, usally 3 days. SE has been going through waves of banning people and in a few cases banning them for something they weren't doing. All in the path of Justice! (/sarcasm) But ya, I'd give it 3~4 days then try again.

LM-17 is perma ban actually.

Chances are you got banned during the 13,000 bans from not too long ago.

Actually, I looked it up and LM-11 is perma ban. Though I'm not sure what -17 is. Thanks for the answers.

I get the same message on my account atm. My account was stolen on the 24th/25th November and I got it back on the 3rd December. Then SE banned it on the 27th December because it was under a RMT control and used for RMT(reason they gave me was that my informations matched those of someone else who got banned). I've been waiting for 1 month now calling SE regularly. Probably gonna get it back soon now that they are giving back accounts. Maybe something similar happened to your own account and since you didn't use it for a month a RMT had it and got it banned as well. I'd call SE as soon as possible to figure out what's going on. If you didn't play for a whole month chances are pretty small that it's only a temp ban.

Actually, LM-17 can be Temp OR Perm. You can not determine it by yourself, you have to call SE or use their web chat.

I had it twice on one account for temp first, then for perm~

Oh and yeah, odds you get it back are pretty slim.

I'm sitting on LM-17 going to be 3 weeks now on Monday. Never broke my TOS but, like you Caldor my information matched some other accounts that had been banned.

I got a letter today from PlayOnline telling me my account was permanently banned and I would be "..barred from rejoining at any later date". I was heart broken until my roommate smacked me and showed me that the Playonline ID the letter was talking about was not mine....

So to whoever owns MBFK9547 you're banned for life.... I'm still trying to get my account back but seems so far only you and I have had our information used by other people. They have my name address and phone # (all can be found on whitepages.com). They may have my birthdate cause I had it on my MSN and facebook (maybe even on some old ICQ or some other messenger program). They don't have my credit card but so far I haven't been able to get SE to actually check mailing addresses of the credit cards that are paying for these accounts rather then going with the ones that are typed in. If you have any luck or find someone there that will actually check please post here I'll keep checking in.

I'm expecting a few more letters to come they told me it was somewhere between 3 and 11 accounts that are using my name.

To the people that are having success with SE's customer support it would be appreciated if you posted here too it's nice to here someone actually breaks through the barrier of silence and lack of response.
