I've tried to find some guides on pup solo but could not find any.
I was wondering good places to level from 10-75 and what gear to get.

You're a Red Mage 75, you should know a thing or two about soloing, yes? Try to fight enemies that don't do AOEs (though you can still).
I liked soloing at East Altepa near the Outpost (or is it West? I haven't played the game for a month and I'm starting to forget things). I can't remember the exact level range... 43-46 maybe? But its very risky, their suicides leads to quick EXP but can also lead to a quick death.

Worms are also nice since you can have your pet stay back away from AOEs and the worms can't run up to smack them if they pull hate. Though they'll likely take some type of stone magic or become silenced if the worms aren't silenced first.

I was rdm but not anymore and only reason I ever did it was to lvl with a friend who wanted to get their nin to 75 and once we got 75 and did a couple merits I dropped it so I never even touched solo except for an early ToAU mission and that was 45 minutes of nuke and run lol.

Info on pup solo is hard to find since there's not many of us out there.

Gear-wise, I personally favor an Agi build to help with Guard skills, but Eva builds are more effective. I recommend the following:
0-20
Compound Eye Circlet
Battle Gloves
Reflex Rings
20-30
Martial Slacks
Emp. Hairpin
Light Solea
Sarcenet Cape
31-40
Drone Earrings
Alacrity Rings
41-50
Dodge Cape
Life Belt
This is just a basic list, some items can be done without.

Camp-wise, I stick to certain Bst camps and Exp Pt camps.
