I'd rather be comfortable in that recliner than sitting in a computer chair. And the fact that I'm on PS2 makes no difference whatsoever, if anything it has helped me out on Stuns more than my gaming laptop. I happen to be one of the best BLM's in my linkshell and the best WAR in my linkshell and the first one they call on for anything.

What bugged me on rdm is having the warriors etc yell at me for haste the entire time when im trying to dia 2, slow, paralyze, heal, haste others and refresh. Yeah what are you doing warrior, autoattacking? dropping a tp move now and then? Yeah, stfu and dont yell at the rdm. If you're blind deaf dumb and a quadriplegic, sure.
The rest of us use windower which is a massive advantage, if only for the ability to look things up in another window.
Nevermind that PC users see more of the area AROUND their character, or more text in the chatlog at any given time, or that the better graphics help you see more clearly.
And god forbid you get into all the useful plugin and extended macros you can use.

The reason I'm strapped for cash at the moment is because I go to DeVry University working on my bachelors in Game Simulation and Programming and I work. I play FFXI in my off time because it's something I enjoy doing and no one can take that away from me. I made one mistake, which no one thought anything of and plenty of people make mistakes like that all the time. Yet I am under the microscope here? I'm always on my "A" game and I'm respected for that, I make a mistake a long time ago that no one could predict and I'm the idiot here lol. You are just incredibly funny.

Yes, I prefer the PS2 version of FFXI because it's what I've been playing on for the past 5 years. I'm used to it, I know what to look for and unless you have a crappy T.V. you can see just as good as anyone playing on Computer. I have FFXI on my Laptop and I won't play it, even in windower because to me, it just sucks. I'm not speaking for everyone mind you, it's just my personal opinion and no one can take that away. If you're more comfortable playing on the PC than that is your thing, it isn't mine. Don't force your ideals on other people because omg, it's not what you do! I know what I'm looking for when I play on PS2, I can watch closely for TP moves to stun and do it much more efficiently that any of my PC counterparts in the linkshell. And 15 people? We are one skilled bunch then if we get most claims and take on everything from Fafnir to Vrtra. LoL. I thank you for that compliment you gave my linkshell and I will pass it on to them. They'll be happy to hear how skilled they are.
