I have a question regarding receptivity to learn some abilities... is there a way to lv it w/o hurting the Strength and Endurance or have some minimal negative effect on them? I need to learn some abilities and idk how. Also include what food should i use. Thx ^^

You need to level Discernment to learn abilities, not receptivity.

The easiest way to raise Disc is to use the care plan "Dig for Treasure." It will raise it quicker than any other care plan, but endurance will take a hit. The good thing is that you won't lose any strength. You could also do free runs for chocobobucks and raise Disc that way, and you wouldn't lose any strength or endurance, but it would take a lot more patience.

For food, vomp carrots would keep your str and end up but it would take longer to level disc. Zegham carrots would help you level disc as quickly as possible but your str and end would take a hit. Personally I'd just feed it greens to keep affection up, and you'd level disc at a normal pace (which is still pretty quick with the Dig for Treasure care plan).
