1) SE not giving two shits is the number one reason
2) World Transfers, I'm sorry but this really fucked up ballista with ppl shifting over
3) Campaign and other WoTG bullshit, esp. that campaign gives 1-2k exp easily, ppl literally live there now


If 1) was not an issue, 2) and 3) wouldnt even matter,

reason 1) is the main reason why ballista died

SE simply doesnt give a rats ass about pvp

and that's why it's dead

ballista needs updates, not friggin nerfs...nerfs gets us nowhere...

I miss my monk, I miss ballista, I miss this game, and most importantly I miss all my old friends.

The sad truth is that the climax and glory days of this game are OVER.

If you really wanted to know what killed ballista IMO-was all the emo-crybabies that complained all the time and were too caught up in personal vendettas, quarrels between LS's, people bitching about jobs becoming too powerful- leading to job nerfs, JP - ENG - language, communication, and teamwork barriers.

I also did not like how you had to wait on a 24 hr. rotating schedule for only 3 matches of a certain level cap, and SE never giving us new OM maps to fight on, basically ballista was a huge clusterfuck of bullshit that was very unbalanced.

There were really good days in ballista and there were also absolute shit days too. I think the shit outwieghed the good though. =(

I hope they come out with a new mmorpg FF series with a better PvP system that is thought out well.

PvP was an after-thought for SE, it wasn't brought in until 3 weeks or so after PC release.
