Saw this bad boy this evening. A group of about 8 wiped to it after I Leroy Jenkins'd it (that didn't end well). A few more of their LS came out, myself and 2 LS mates joined up along with a passing SMN and killed it pretty easily. Dropped 2 Wind Crystals hehe.

i was trying to learn a spell this type of mob gives.

first i fight it and d/c and did not think nothing of it. but after i d/ced again my parter said he d/ced as well when it got to 17% both times.

it totally crashed out POL giving some odd windows pop up error that i never seen before.

i didn't read it cuz i hit ok too fast.

SE observed everyone's play style and decided to put in an NM that requires the NM get stolen at a low percentile in order to defeat it. That's my theory on Skogs Fru.

Found the Rafflesia NM in Fort KNS, he doesn't seem to be lotto but rather spawns on his own after a certain amount of time. He was really easy, I just had a friend take all the bees and run them off for add control, did him as RDM/DRK solo the entire time because my friend couldn't get back in time. He drops a lvl 62 Katana, pretty decent stats for the level, I was hoping to get it as an alternative to one of the level 61 katanas for my 59 NIN but I got no drop. :con

Those bees do not deaggro no matter WHAT you do. They linked onto the NM, and I couldn't sleep one of them (tried like 3 times with staff + full skill...)

Had to kite them, ended up linking the rest of them, and ran all over the map for like 10 minutes and they never deaggroed. Had to run ALL the way to the south zone just to get em off me dammit --;

i've killed skogs fru 2 times, no drop. first time it used the same tp move the whole fight, second time it used different tp moves and after one of them PoL crashed

Killed Kirtimukha again, this time I got the drop, seems to be lotto afterall and I think it has a really large pop area. I'd post screenshots but apparently photobucket is having maintenance atm. :plain

Personally i think the Ring is a chunky vomit milkshake, 5 minute reuse timer makes it almost pointless, besides when fighting imps the moment you cure the amnesia the thing is likely to just respam the move anyways. The Ring could be useful for fighting the Flower things in Fort KNS or Sarutabaruta (S), or the Lady and Biddy Bugs, but imps just use amnesia far to often to make this ring useful. Though for a free 4 acc it could make a nice alternative to Sniper/Woodsman, just not for the enchantment.
