Has anyone seen a Belfry, Mantelet, or the great Siege Turrets deployed in Campaign battles yet?

I'm still a little confused by the preview that said it's based on "tech level;" where do you see the tech level of Campaign's forces? There's Reconnaissance level but not Tech level on /cmap..... :dontgetit

they mentioned tech levels depend on how many areas you are in control of. i did encounter one time one of the healing towers. it was in vunkerl inlet healing friendly players, i got a few cures myself. it was in interesting cure animation, kinda glowy pink with a little white and blue. did pretty nice healing too 300+. haven't seen one since though, and i haven't encountered any enemy siege machines.

I've not seen a seige machine myself and I do alot of campaign battles (Already obtained well over 230,000AN) and the most I've seen is Either the Behemoth or Wyrms deployed. I'd like to see a Siege machine just to see what it's like to fight in a battle that has one.

Actually only hint of Siege machine I've seen is in the Windurst storyline quest they added. You'll see one in a cutscene but other then that haven't seen nadda.
