Is e.pin worth using, or should I just wait until voyager sallet?

If you already have a sallet, I woulnd't waste money on hairpin, but if you don't mind camping it, I don't see why not. If not, its not like you'd be gimp w/o it.

What level is your dancer? You could "lease" the e.pin from 25 -> sallet then sell it back. the +acc you get from it doesn't hurt as a Dancer.

I'm at 62 and I still use Empress...but if I had the option of voyager, I'd definitely hop on that.

E.pin makes a fine headpiece for DNC, particularly since DNC is often called upon to pull. The AGI and Eva is lovely for dodging hits on the way back to camp, and the DEX is nice as well. Voyager is definitely the better choice once you can use it, but I don't think there are many better headpieces before it (and if you don't have a Voyager Sallet, E.pin is still a strong piece to wear).

Is it worth getting? I'd say yes, if you have the gil to spend or the patience to camp it. Will you be gimp without it? You won't be booted from parties for not having an E.pin. It's neither expected nor required to be a successful DNC.

Bear in mind, too, that E.pin has high reuse potential for level-capped events and when levelling other jobs as subs (or mains).

Lucky >.< I've been on a bad-luck streak lately.. Started leveling DNC (29 atm) 4th day without a party invite.. And solo'ing hasnt been really appealing lately.
