Anyone able to verify, via recast timers or any other way, whether or not Usukane (and possibly the other salvage sets in different tests, but mostly Usukane) gets a partial set bonus like the campaign sets do? Because if you get 1% haste for each piece as long as you have two or more pieces, that puts the combo of Usukane head, legs, and feet at 1% haste behind Ace's Helm, kitty pants, and Usukane feet. Just curious really. Trying to explore different gear options.

All Salvage sets are everything or nothing.

only salvage peices a sam should totally gun for are leggings and feet. once you have those your set. some will argue head, but in reality ace's helm is easier to obtain and overall better.

Leggings are a type of foot armor.

I've always wanted to try and figure out a way to test and see if Usukane Gote boosts the Counter rate of Seigan but I can't figure out a good way to really go about doing it. Seigan's duration is much too painfully random to make me really want to try and play with for a long period of time on something like that.

When i hit my oshit macro wich is essentaly my third eye macro. I macro in the standard -dmg setup and i swap my b.kotes/dusk gloves for. N.kotes mainly cuz im droping the ACC from my body/head slot and i still wanna be able to hit while im in "defense mode". And i think it was proven that wearing samurai AF2 legs >>while<< third eye is active enhances counter. By how much i do not know. and counter is more effective with the amount of Acc u have right? If anything i wish SE would boost the parrying proc rate.. <3 parrying always seems to proc at the best times

maybe for some ace's helm easier to get but my ls killed 3 times no drop and haven't been able to people out for it again so usukane best choice since askar would need me to to do salvage less.

Bleh, if I had an Amano, I'd want to go for Usukane Haramaki as well. If I'm not mistaken, its either the Haramaki or Askar Korazin to maintain a six-hit, and I've never been big on Askar.
