please help i been trying to enter my chocobo in the C races but everytime i try to apply he says they are not accepting aplications i won all the official races but it still doesnt allow me to please assist.

how do you enter your chocobo in C1-C4 races

You need to wait till a C4 race is announced, and that they are now accepting sign ups. Then, you need 10 chocobucks, and 500 gil. C3, C2, and C1 (Crystal Stakes) you need solo victory points.
