The how to make ballista better, proposals, and etc. are getting boring. However, that's what you see most on this forum. So....

Like anyone who's played ballista before on a regular basis, I understand that the people are what can make or break ballista, make it enjoyable, or a pain in the ass, give it a meaning, or make it a pointless game.

Although, I understand there's a "best players" thread...I don't think it honestly gives enough merit to the actual people who breath life into game.

So...glorify these people, your friends, your enemies, comrades, and if you be so bold yourself. From past to present if need be. And don't be afraid to name some of the worst people you've seen play, they deserve to be mentioned too. ^^/

I'll want to start with Tossy, best tarutaru to ever, EVER, play ballista. Multiple jobs, good strategy, he could be a thf and change the whole outcome of a match. To top it all off, Japanese, knew English to a good degree as well, don't think anyone disliked him. (Unless he decided to target them the whole match).

Wunderkind, never met a person that could time a sidewinder better. Also, never met a person who could make a perfectly calm situation into chaos in a matter of seconds. Personal friend, and a perfect example of what a ranger should be able to do. (Even after everyone jumped ship)

Heero, though he was a good player I suppose, this isn't the reason I'm adding him. >_> If there's a more infamous ballista player on Cerberus, please tell me now because I honestly think this guy takes the cake. Whether he be a perverted mithra chaser outside (sometimes inside) ballista, or constantly being the main target (honestly think he ran more in his ballista career than fought), this guy was a constant source of entertainment and fun. ^^

Firette, strange...yet, very effective. You'd never see a more awkward equipped white mage, however at the same time I don't think anyone could match him when it comes to saving someone's ass right when they need it. Mintfrappe came in a close second, but what can I say? Elvaan are boss. Japanese, he probably owns a bakery somewhere in Japan. >_>

I do have a ton more, however I feel that if I make it any longer, people will give up after the first 4-5 paragraphs. Honestly haven't even hit some of my more favorite characters but, that'll be it for now. These are mostly from my old server as well, but that doesn't mean there's some great players in the new.

As far as the OP thing.. Kame: Defined THF tatcics and bitch shit in ballista BUT made it so much more worth playing b/c he always fight to the death, and make each make so much harder just by being on the other team alone.

Joyoyo Bst/nin, another defineing player, Ballz to the wall and smashed everything in site, no fear.

I support stand alone players, those who can do with-out a team or back up. To many people (sam/rng, blu/thf etc etc.) think there top class getting kill shots only and have people spam cureing them, then trun around and talk shit like they did something grand.

Ballista needs new maps, new prizes and best thing i have heard on here, more exp gained, 500 exp is crap.

Yes but, I think Japanese people are afraid of conflict so they wont do shit with PvP. Shit some people even made a server dedicated to PvP but they ended up with massive amounts of failure and idiots that spend 10,000 dollars irl for k-clubs for their ninja in 75 cap that wear O-hats. Good game.

Must say, if anything these forums having charming people. Anyway...

Liebel, was probably the most famous monk on Cerberus at one point back when No-cap was Monk-cap. Stood out from the Elvaan and Galka pretty well, very nice guy...another Japanese person who knew English well, disappeared from ballista a little while back. One of the more memorable moments was when he tossed a Wind in ballista and hit a guy for 250-300 damage, tossed it as monk mind you.

Wimlow, the infamous worst regular player ever to play ballista...in my opinion, back when he could mess up being a red mage...I heard he got better though. Thank god.

One of the newest additions to Fairy ballista, Burningbatsu, I haven't gauged him properly yet...but...I'll already give him first place for the most annoying Ninja I've ever come across in ballista. ^^/ Nin/Thf with kraken, mixed with run tactics and ninjutsu debuff spam, get a stress ball...scoring and this, so far I'd give him a...7/10. For now.

Time to do a personal friend, Joebert. While not going in the realm of good or bad, because I may hold a biased, I'd say if you did ballista, you'd know him. Hell if you were within' shout distance, you'd know him. Rude, annoying, Irish, easily angered...good guy. I'd say the more memorable moments is when you'd suddenly get a "OMG, GUYS I GOT A D.WING! CYCLONE LOLOLOLOLOL", while watching your dagger wielding red mage sprint in the middle of the other team.
