I've asked a few 75 brds, and it's split about 50/50 on this question, so I'm hoping this will help a bit. Does "Magic Accuracy +" help brd songs? And if so, is wind skill +3 or magic accuracy +4 better?

+wind helps on buff and debuff songs
+m.acc only helps for debuff song

I've noticed that 1 m.acc > +1 wind instrument for debuff songs, but haven't had any real proof of it.

Magic Accuracy will only help your debuffs land.

Wind will help but will also increase potency of buffs.
