That intro reminds me of my old video, but I didn't like that you didn't do anything with it, it randomly cut in a wierd transition.
Should atleast continue it until you ran into your char or something, woulda finished it better that way
anyways
Video was bothering me with you cutting every scene every 3-5seconds.....by time I look at anything it's gone
Meh I wasn't really feeling this, you need to stop cutting the scenes every 3 seconds, seriously that's way too short for anything.
I lost interest over a minute in then stopped lol.

The intro was the one thing out of the video I wish I could have planned better. The only problem is I normally don't bother taking footage for intros until after I finished recording a match and decide if it's even worth playing with, so there was really nobody in the zone and all of my friends were etierh sleeping since it was like 3 AM or doing Passhow. I wish I could have at least made it to the OP so it would have tied in better but I took a shower after getting on my chocobo and got kicked before I could make it. I figured it still worked since it does tie the zone into the match, I just wish the blur even at minimum settings wasn't so strong.
I wanted the video to have an unsettled, fast pace, don't really know what's going on, trippy kind of feel to it. The fast scene shifts do have part to do with the music, I tried to keep the themes consistent. For the actual verse I wanted to do something completely different using pan/cropping but the rests in the music weren't long enough to hold a freezing frame kind of feel. So yeah, the decision to shift to another point in the fight was made. Overall I was pleased with the results, I wish I could have been more consistent with timing on some shifts. It's not too noticeable, but then again I'm always looking hard. No biggie.
But hey, I don't hate you or anything. I enjoy constructive criticism like yours. It's the only way somebody can get better at what they do. Art will generally always be hit or miss. I find videos where people just stand there and hit each other boring, if I wanted to watch that I'd play the game. So I have my own style to do things like everybody else, and the only way I can know if something is working like how I intended was if people like you do give a fair review. Everyone else, just have to shake them haters off.

I've gottten talks about my videos before as well, but that was just how I felt watching the video, like thre was a scene, it shows you using cocoon randomly, then cuts, then the other scene right after shows you pucnhing someone, then cuts,
I was like getting annoyed with that, the scenes that it showde u fighting someone, then cuts, ***but*** continues to show the continuation of THAT previous scene, was fine
Like when u did cuts on those, it wasn't that bad, cause u stil get glimpses of what's left on that scene, but there were alot of other scenes that get abruptly stopped and just seemed like fillers more than anything cause it doesnt show anything much

I know exactly where you're talking about. All that is supposed to be one fight, that's where I wanted to use pan/crop. The scenes aren't random there, they just shift for effect and because the actual fight was too long for the part of music it was supposed to fill.
The heavy shifting parts aren't actually filler, they have a theme. My timing was off for the first time I tried, but the second time it's pretty much on. Just watch HP bars and listen to the chorus, "Time to die~". But the purpose of those wasn't to show what was really going on, just to show that people were dying.
The actual filler in the video is for the pre-chorus(pin-eyed god) and the bridge, but hey filler isn't always bad.
It's a lot more fun to talk about the video itself than hearing people say "omg you use a /tell macro omg omg omg".

Amazingly better than the last; not that I absolutely disliked the older one, just yeah...
/dance4 motion
9.5/10, my own opinion.
Why does your avatar make me violent and want to break somebody's nose?

If you want to call it that, sure.
But really, with the extremely awkward upwards tilted look, and overly radiant glow going on (additionally with that Elvaan Female reminding me of some of the more retarded players I've ran into on my server with the same face), all I'm seeing from the characters expression is "LOOK AT MEEE~ k? K.".
And that's where the breaking of the noses comes in.

Isn't her avatar the light elf from lineage 2?
Doesn't look like the elvaans of FFXI at all.
