Please forgive me if this is a total nub question:
I'm currently level 67 Alchemy. Is there any reason why I'm not able to do a level 69 synth?
The synth in question is Hi-Ether.

What kind of "error" message do you receive?
You got the right Ingredients?
Maybe you've got to do the next step in your Alchemy Grade, talk to the Guild Leader.

I fixed it. I relogged all the way out of POL and jumped back on and it worked... /shrug
