Dynamis Shell recruiting. We are not a new shell, we actually are a split from relentless. It is the dynamis side of our shell.
We need some new members. We prefer people with experiance in dynamis atleast a bit. Like most shells we will welcome the mage
side of the jobs, blm, whm, sch, rdm, brd. But we also will take the dd's and tanks! We currently really only do city/northlands.
No dreamworlds atm. The usualy schedual is, beaucedine, xarcarbard, beaucedine, city. Our members do have points but also have a lot
of gear. So to come in fresh you will still get gear. Also we are giving start points for people to help keep it even.

Runs are paid for by splitting the cost of the glass. Singles drop free. 100's are lotted via point system like gear.

Run days are: Tuesdays, gather at 8pm est, Saturdays will be around 12pm est or 2pm est, depending on if our main shell has gods or not.

The Rule system is as follows.

Attendance: A member will get 2 points for every run. If you are more than 20 minutes late after we enter, you will get 1 point.
If you have to leave when we're farming after win, you will get 1 point.

Lotting: Members must make a seacom message stating their 1st and 2nd choice, be it money or AF.
One must have the job at 70+ in order to lot on any of the city dynamis, and 75 for the outlands dynamis.
Once a member obtains an AF piece or 100 bill, you cannot get anything ls for the rest of the run.

NOTE: In order to lot on the AF you must have it in your comment,
as well as have equal to or more points than the person with the most that is lotting on said af or bill.
For example, member A has 8 attendance points while member B has 6. If they both have the same AF for 1st comment,
then member A would get it to lot first based on their attendance.


So ideally here's what a sea com would look like
1st : WAR
2nd: SAM
AP: 6
so it's easier for everyone to know what u want and whether you'd have priority.


Uncommented Lot: When no one has the AF in either their 1st or 2nd comment, then it will go up to uncommented lot.
Members will be allowed to lot with 1 point penalty if you win. If at that time no one wants it for 1,
then it will be open for lotting by anyone and whoever wins will lose no points. Lucky drg's! >.>

Also, all relic weapons will be free lot if you can use.

If you have the AF/money in 1st comment, you will get -3 points for it and no attendance for run.
If its ur 2nd comment and u win, you will get -3 poitns for it and 1/2 credit for run.


As always, feel free to ask questions, comments from me on tells, but try and avoid it during run as much as possible.

New members get 5 points per run for the first 2 runs to help you get upto par with current members.

If you see this I wanted to run an idea I ran by in another forum with my own server.

How about two new jobs whenever we manage a rerelease in JP and NA as well as F and G.

Knight a new tank or DD job with no MP that gets the FF Tactics Break skills Helmet Weapon Armor Magic Shield.

Artist who's a buffer job that uses her Control and Sketch abilities to summon a mob that does a buff.

I want some positive input because the only people who posted on my last forum posted flames at me for solving the problem between JP and NA and that irritating JP only comment.

Now I see Amateur Party No thanks and that's totally cool if you don't want to party with a noob.

Though I would.
