I rarely make topics and I suck at crunching in numbers like Aurik or Kirschy, however I'd figure I'd post what I had noticed about this just from goofing around.
1) Dune boots affects damage
2) TP return on Asuran Fists, for me, with no Store TP and Destroyers on was 43, no idea if it was full since the monsters I were fighting (Gustaberg S) were sort of weak.
3) The eyeballed difference between Kick attack damage was small, indiscernible.
4) You can 'double attack' with the kicks, without having brutal on.
5) TP return on normal hits with and without destroyers was still 13%.

That's all with the caveat that Glanzfaust (and other weapons) will be better than the current dat suggests.
Although, I haven't seen any confirmation that Balrahn's Eyepatch is actually needed for the upgrade process. As to the rest of the requirements, well, people who want Salvage gear (i.e., everyone) will get all the Charioteer titles in short order. Captain rank is a nuisance but also a reward unto itself. Beating Odin is an excellent LS-based goal. Only really arbitrary thing in that list that I can see, beyond the obvious need of getting the appropriate weapon to drop (SE could consider rebalancing Nyzul a little bit because of how many things are mutually exclusive with it: Salvage and grinding Assautls for Captain rank and now getting a new weapon), is the killing of the three Beastmen leaders. I can see that becoming a nuisance, but at least there won't be any HNM 'shells camping and whining on and on when someone shows up and asks to join the alliance, 'cause none of them drop anything particularly worthwhile.

- Might cap at 43% tp return from Asuran Fists (Same as above).

Maybe the double attack comes from the natural kick attacks trait? Just an idea.

Seems to be level 65 and it seems to remove all Martial Arts bonuses, so Delay of 480. It's like swinging a Polearm basically. The TP boost may or may not be nerfed.
As I said before, I feel really bad for people who've been dumb enough not to get Dune Boots, but maybe all these crafted new boots will somehow save their retarded asses.
Not sure that I'm really sold on the JA, though. The TP return is outrageous and would probably be even more outrageous with /Samurai (not for the first time am I glad I included that in my SJ leveling spree). If Hasso/Seigan worked with this, it'd be incredibly broken because Monk could finally support an offensive job with damage mitigation (as opposed to /Dancer which is more absorption, especially at the cost of DPS because Waltz = fewer WS). I'm betting Hasso/Seigan don't work, though. Makes Monk/Dragoon seem more interesting, though, especially since it opens up the possibility of having both capped gear-Haste AND Dune Boots.

i know it might seem retarded to ask, but while under footwork will kicking use up the boost effect?
i know the answer is probably yes, but i cant help to think how totally broken it would be to toss up footwork boost to full then unload a fully buffed asuran on some poor mob.

Hmm let's say the delay is 480 and you have a full haste gear setup using ffxicalc it says the delay would be 360
that's pretty good in my opinion that's a lil longer than having martial arts 6 with destroyers and no haste gear ( Delay: 348 )
is there a duration on this JA? and does it only work with H2H?

Somewhat, 43% tp return on asuran is kinda nice.. plus mithra kicks are awesome. Secondly it makes my usu boots useless so im gonna be emo now
