60 Caps are never cancelled unless it's around noon time for NA. Since it's summer now it's rarely cancelled. 75 Caps do happen alot, there's a good balance of JP and NA in 75 caps now. We usually get around 6-25+ in 60 caps depending on time. There's not as much people in 75 caps as in 60 but it's usually the people who play 60 caps that go to 75 caps, 20+ 75 caps do happen, but it's usually during nighttime. JP primetime there's always 20+ in 60 cap, and pushing around 20 in uncapped. The JPs on Kujata actually go to 75 caps, there's more JP who play 75 caps than NA. There's only about 5-6 regular NAs who go to 60 and 75 caps, the rest are all JP.

Skillwise, all of the players know what they're doing and aren't retarded. There isn't a bunch of idiots running around playing gangster, people actually use strategy.
