well this is in the wrong post area but honestly main reason im on KI is because of the PvP forums so thi is my main thread and the people i usualy interact with in the site so here it goes.

things SE has lost... their touch to an enjoyable ffxi, ballista fans, and nobuo the music guy tongue.gif

i dont enjoy the game anymore econ is fucked up and so is endgame, econ because shit jumps price so much and endgame because i want good gear but dont have time to camp shit.

ballista fans, no one wants to ballista any longer because with the little time in their life some people use it to farm/camp/missons/quest. which sucks cause ballista doesnt really offer anything but temp items and unfair matches.

and the reason ff touched my heart... the music... nobuo is mainly focused on his lable/studio now (smile please) and no one will ever replace him though he never really joined SE because he left SquareSoft in 04 his music will keep on being used for future games. i guess he probly got fed up with SE's shit too lol

thats all i can think of for right now, how about you?

I miss PC release. With all its problems I'd be willing to go back for the nostalgia. FFXI just stopped being as fun when all the mysteries were gone. It just feels like a job for the most part. So rambus, hows bismarck ballista? Or is it non-existent?

OP seid it best:

I aslo pointed this out in the OMGNURFBLU threads this and someone even pointed out they never seen me in bismarck pvp and that is the answer why.

all the fights and situation stroies i give ara all still based off when i was on seraph.

however i did meet a certen someone that is a famous SAM that kicked my ass on BLM and did not think that was possable.

but in my defence, sleep was fucked up i could land sleep on him and wairs off like in 2 seconds :dontgetit
also on that note i would sleep him but never got a message he was no longer sleeping ( no items)

fuckingsleeparrowspassingthoughblink.

that first vid i liked how it explained how he got that song from FFVII

he needs to mix more songs like that man....
i liked FFVIII list as well i miss them a lot

i think something SE forgot is that the 500k people who started playing and are still playing have grown, i believe like me most its players were young and went to school 13-20 of age for the most part, well while being that age and going to school they had time to do stuff like 24hr NMs. they have forgoten that those 16yr olds are now 22yr old and have jobs family kids sex for entertainment. so instead of spending those 8hr+ daily like they use to now its 8hrs a week if lucky. SE keeps making NMs that are 24hr+ and shit impossible to get. if SE really wants us to enjoy the game they need to cut down the hours of their NMs they dont have to improve the drop rate but fact is HNMs are monopolized by the 3 top shells in every server ive seen, its the same shit just diffrent color and diffrent name. maybe make ENMs that drop those abjs cause i think someone who's been playing those 6yrs and paying every month has the fucking right to get them even if they dont have unlimited time to play like SE wants.

I couldn't agree with you more, I can see they do not want to make items easier to obtain thus losing the rarity of these items one way to fix that would be create quests, maybe even make this a solo instanced dungeon where you go through solo'ing your way through chambers and at the end of the chamber it may or may not drop 1 of 99 of this particular item that you would need to exchange for a abjuration or a rare piece of armor. I don't know..something, anything would be better than nothing.

But with Einhijar it makes this a bit easier I have to give them credit that they are trying given the fact it only takes 30 minutes. My issue remains with Square's system is that everything relies on party members pretty much, and I feel as far as personal advancement even through equipment goes that it should be a solo form available even if it does take twice as long as the party version. This way it will give very casual players who pay to play, but do not have the time or resources of finding help in the game to do it themselves.
