and im super cereal... this hack program ffxiapp changes your name to a GM name if you want it to. no one else sees the GM part, its all client side.

Probably ProjectXI. It allows you to play solo and pretty much do anything you want and that includes solo Dynamis and Kill Nidhogg and Fafnir in a single hit and all they hit you for is 1 dmg.
