Just southeast a bit of the outpost, where that black dot is. You camp along the wall there and no gigas will see you, no greater amphiptere's aggro. Just you, gigas tigers and awesome exp <3

No problem I had a merit pt that decided they were going to camp at the outpost and pull gigas.. I warned them that it's not a safe camp.. they told me to stfu and {That's too bad} and kept pulling my gigas anyway. I just waited over in my safe little corner. Eventually, a great amphiptere, imp and one of the blood demons all linked on them and demolished the group.

Got 75 and the first ("big") thing I soloed was Ix'Mnk (no drop;-;). Had a blast on the job all day. Chain nuked Kaiser down from 10% in Limbus and each blizzard 3 was doing about 450. Already loving it!

I sold my dusk legs at the time for 7m so I could buy the -1 for my Wlegs back in like 06. Also, my nukes get resisted out the ass on kaiser behemoth :/. I still haven't gotten ele merits though. I was saving them for something, but I dunno, I should probably cap them.
