Hi, you most likely don't know me I'm not much of a poster, more of a browser ^^'
People keep asking me about this festival and how did I get this and where can I find that, so I'm doing the crazy and right thing by making a guide. I'm not an expert so I'll make this simple and easy to understand, if you have any questions or don't understand something please post them here.

Northern San d'Oria (D-8 ) / Port Bastok (L-8 ) / Windurst Waters (G-10)
How do I get my swimsuit?
There are two different moogles, the teleportation moogle as seen above, and what I call: The Prize moogle who is located in the same zone as Mumor's battles. He will give it to you as a prize for helping Mumor defeat the evil demon thing called Ullegore. First of all, talk to the Prize moogle as he explains the basics, and listen to him. When I explained all of this to a friend he said it sounded daft, and I really does so bear with me.
Mumor repops shortly after her last fight has ended. Find her at:
Northern San d'Oria (D-8 ) / Bastok Markets (G-8 ) / Windurst Waters (F-5)
When she pops she mentions how much she loves festivals and she wishes to sing to you all. But then Ullegore will pop and try to ruin the festival. Mumor will then try to stop him.
You will need to cheer on Mumor as she fights Ullegore and help her when she uses her 'Ultimate Attack'
My way~
I positioned myself so that Mumor was on one side and Ullegore was on the other. I then put my camera into first person view and used F8 to target either Mumor or Ullegore. At the beginning I turned on the spot to target Mumor and /cheer ed her on. (there might be a lot of people spamming this so if you want, turn the emote filter on) If you have emote filter on then you should only get her and Ullegore talking. Also cheer her when she is near the end of the fight and weak. Occasionally she will announce that she will unleash her 'Ultimate Attack' at this point I turned in first person and targeted Ullegore. While he mocked the idea of her 'Ultimate Attack' being so powerful, I typed /dance and waited. She will then shout the name of her attack, which is a special dance like weapon skill. You must then type the number of that dance and press enter quickly enough. If you have done the correct dance quickly enough, then you should get a message saying something like this:
Kuching and Mumor's dancing synchronised
Okay so lemme rewind a bit. You basically need to do the same dance as her to help her defeat Ullegore. She will do this 8 times per fight. However I have observed one with a very small crows and she only did 5 dances. If you get no synchs then the moogle will give you nothing.
Here are the match ups:
Shining Summer Samba! = /dance1
Lovely Magical Waltz! = /dance2
Neo Crystal Jig! = /dance3
Super Crusher Jig! = /dance4
Even if you know these, it will still take practice to master. Sometimes she uses only one of these dances constantly throughout the whole fight.
Now if you get some synchs, you can cash them in for fireworks at the prize moogle. But if you want the swimsuit, you need to save up 15 synchs. This requires waiting after she defeats Ullegore and let her repop so that you can continue to save up synchs. You will always save up synchs aslong as you don't talk to the moogle. After 15 you can go talk to the prize moogle. If you don't have enough, he will just thank you for helping her and had you some fireworks. If you have 15 then he will thankyou with the swimsuit top. Save up 15 more to then get your shorts. Repeating this a third time results in the prize moogle handing over more fireworks.
Benefits
While wearing your full swimsuit you can use the teleport moogles to travel to the other nations. Also you can now talk to the NPCs at the sideshow games to unlock HARD MODE. They are located at:
Southern San d'Oria (H-9) / Port Bastok (K-8 ) / Windurst Woods (K-12)
HQ Swimsuit
Looks just like your NQ but has positive and negative effects. The HQ top teleports you to Purgonorgo Isle, and the shorts grants HP in sunny weather. However you cannot play HARD MODE games wearing it.
You get both the top and shorts at the same times so make sure you have room at the end.
To get HQ you must complete HARD MODE in all 3 of the sideshow games, using the teleport moogle will come in handy.
Windurst- Chocobo Chick Catch game
The object of this game is to collect the chicks as they cross the finnishing line by moving left and right, if you touch a mandragora then its game over. Sound is needed for this as the chicks make a noise if you actually catch them.
NORMAL MODE- Catch 20+ reward- cotten candyx3
HARD MODE- Catch 35+ reward- Green Prize balloon (Key item) + cotten candyx6
San d'Oria- Spot the different
You will be shown a multiple characters and you must say when you can see a difference, get the timing wrong and its game over. Something you might see are different coloured armour, different hair colour, one nods while other shakes, one points while one waves, one moves slower then the other etc
NORMAL MODE- Spot 7+ differences reward- Melon snowconex3
HARD MODE- Spot 9+ differences reward- Red Prize balloon (Key item) + Melon snowconex6
Bastok- Shooting Range
Shoot the Goblins, Mandys and Sabotenders. DO NOT SHOOT THE PIXIES click wait if a pixie pops up. This game is all about luck, if lots of pixies pop up then time will be wasted, I kept getting close points on HARD MODE such as 28 or 29 due to time wasting pixies. My winning go I hardly saw any.
NORMAL MODE- Shoot 20+ gobs/mandys/sabs reward- M&P doner kebabsx3
HARD MODE- Shoot 30+ gobs/mandys/sabs reward- Blue Prize balloon (Key item) + M&P doner kebabsx6
Find a Prize moogle(I used my home nation's Prize mog) and he will congratulate you on winning those balloons and give you your top+1 and shorts+1. Remember those 2 spaces? yeh this is when you need them.
Goldfishing
Annoying, no real time when you should press enter to catch it. I recommend just before the message 'Hurry before it gets away' comes up.
The NPCs located at:
West Ronfaure (G-10) / South Gustaberg (E-8 ) / East Sarutabaruta (H-8 ) / Rabao (F-7)
They will explain most of the purpose of this time/sanity consuming game. Trade the fish to the NPC for points.
Tiny Goldfish- 1 point
Black Bubble Eye- 2 points
Lionhead- 10 points
Pearlscale- 30 points
Calicio Comet- ??? (not yet caught ><')
Prizes
Super Scoop- Super Scoop ~5 points
Bag of Fireworks- Random ~15 points
Large Fans- Summer or Festive Fans ~25 points
Coloured Drop- Random ~30 points
Mystery Box- Spirit Masquex12 ~50 points
Other Mystery Box- Goldfish Set ~80 points
Thankyou for reading this, I'm not very experienced with guide making so I hope you didn't find too many errors. I'm not sure if I'll make this a common thing. But this guide section isn't often updated. Any questions/error spotting please post below^^'

Hmm... So there are two new fish added to this years gold fish scooping event? Anyone know if they added in a new craftable fish tank similiar to that of the Gold Fish Bowl & Fighting Fish Tank?
I don't think they added any new tanks.

Okay, the NPCs don't pop next to the moogles, North Sandy... yeh the NPCs were on that wooden bridge thing near the Smithing and Woodworking guild. I only had to catch 30+ chicks in hard mode so I don't undertsnad that you had to catch 40+ O.o
EDIT yeh its actually 35+ chicks in HARD MODE

Hm... I'm having a little problem with the Superheroine Stage Show event. I talked to the moogle and went to cheer Mumor on, while Ullegore kept spamming "Resistance is futile! Resistance is futile!" Eventually it ended with Mumor winning, but she never used her 'Ultimate Attack.' So I basically didn't do anything... Is something wrong?
Apparently, if it's just you alone, it'll be difficult to get her to do her Ultimate Attack. You would need different people doing "/cheer" and "/clap."
Now, this may work or not, but try to alternate between "/cheer" and "/clap" repeatedly. I didn't macro it, so I typed them out pretty fast. Apparently it got her to do her Ultimate Attack.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION for anyone who hasn't figured it out yet.
First, you need at least two people cheering Mumor on. One person needs to do "/cheer" while the other does "/clap" and you have to do both at the same time. If you do it correctly Ullegore will not say "Resistance is futile!" After matching up 10(?) 'cheers' Mumor will use her 'Ultimate Attack' which is one of four dance moves.
Also if you don't want to spam emotes "/clap motion" works too.

When you do the dance with Mumor, make SURE you are TARGETING THE MONSTER and NOT Mumor herself WHEN you dance with her. You'll know you are successful because there'll be a TEXT popping saying You and Mumor's dance synchronized.
Also, I was alone (it was at night but 2 more joined when I was about finished) when I was doing this and I was able to make Mumor dance and synch with her around 4 times, sometimes, 5 every round. I think it has something to do with how fast and how much you cheer and clap at her and the more you cheer/clap, the more she does the dancing. I just spammed /cheer and /clap like crazy and using macros help big time (no one can complain about the emo spam because I was alone and it's part of the event hehe). I don't know if this helps but I was alternating between clapping and cheering.

It's asinine, but SE seems to have reset the scores at some point. I remember the high on the shooter being 44, now it's just 40. IIRC the chocobo game was 65 & the spotter game was 24. They're all lower now. What's the point of keeping score if it's being reset ?
Anyway, Cerberus:
Bastok: 40
Windurst: 62
San d'Oria: 21
