to say Im excited for this is an understatement. Its the only reason I dont sell my psp for scrap metal, well this and crisis core. All other psp games ive played just suck =P. NOW I hope they realize how awesome this game is and how the idea of games like Ehergeiz were good, maybe we can get a full scale PS3 Dissidia type game. How cool would it be to play all major characters from the final fantasy series? Against friends and online? Seriously. I like how your specials go into the cutscene mode where it had the classic menu lol I thought that was cool,


and of course he would be in it, Im pretty sure they are going to take all main bad and good from all FF

Considering the gods in Dissidia are picking the most powerful heroes/villains from each game I doubt they'd go for the SL if XI is included. Prishe/Promathia makes more sense imo, there's only 1 female among the heroes so far.
This clip is amazing, finally some good gameplay footage. I didn't know that CoD could almost oneshot with one attack but I suppose that's because the Sage form of Onion Knight is pretty weak. SE needs to hurry and show the whole cast already :/ FF4,5,6,7 and 11/12 (assuming they're in) are still missing. They showed Kefka,Golbez, Exdeath and a cloaked woman in the lastest trailer but it was during one of their special events where they show new stuff in a closed theatre.

All villains were shown in the latest (and yet to be released to the public) trailer. Every single FF up to 10 will be in Dissidia and XI+XII may be secret characters.

Tidus's projectile is blitzballs as expected.. Jecht Shots... and his finishing move is Blitz Ace (Ace of the Blitz) and comes with the basketball timer again.... im only slightly surprised the battle wasnt flashier

Actually I think the finishing moves (EX bursts in this game) are random. I've seen several SS and Tidus apparently uses all his moves from FFX. I guess every character does that except the ones before 7 who didn't have Limit Breaks.
At this rate we may get a new one next week lol. Squall vs Ulty I suppose.

I hope they add FF4 to this. Cecil VS Golbez, Cecil VS w/e the final bosses name is, or Paladin Cecil VS Dark Knight Cecil would be awesome.

There were limit breaks. However like you said. It's when your character has critical HP. And the chances are very low. I only seen one limit break in the entire time I played the game. Think it was Terra or Relm's.

I've seen most. 1st one I ever saw was Shadow's. Onion Knights make sense as he can switch from the weakest job in 3 to either the best melee or the best mage. Wondering what Light Warrior can do.

So Jecht is the bad guy from X... He wasn't exaclty evil though.... Would have though Seymore would make more sense (he was the only real evil perosn in that game...).
Then again, with something like IX I can't think of a character that would still be called evil by the end. Kaja is cool though.

And yeah, Limit breaks in six were rare. I had my only one in a fight against Kefka. Probably the only good thing about the SAM guy in six was his limit took Kefka out in no time >_>
