Explanation for other Salvage LS: I had to quit SalvageLite because my work schedule wasn't completely set when I was with them. I was up for promotion (which I didn't get, fuck you Crocs corporate and your empty promises) and I had to take extra morning shifts which conflicted with run times. Aeribeth ran the pwnED Salvage group, but she quit so that group disbanded fairly quickly.

Schedule: This is the shitty part. I live in Hawaii so I live in between major time zones. Hawaii is GMT -10:00 (HST), so I'll just post my schedule in EST to be accurate.

Mon - Before 6PM (sometimes unavailable) and after 1AM
Tue - Before 5PM and after 4AM (Wed)
Wed - Before 5PM and after 4AM (Thu)
Thu - Before 5PM and after 12AM
Fri - Before 5PM and after 4AM (Sat)
Sat - Before 5PM and after 4AM (Sun)

So basically... I'm looking for an early afternoon or morning EST group, or maybe even an afternoon or evening GMT group.

Other Information: I like to stalk Mithra and harass Galkas. Except Bane. He is teh awesome!

Equipment-wise, my RDM/BRD is the best geared. My BLM/SAM is still excellent, but missing a few important pieces (Sorcerer's Petasos, Byakko's Haidate). My SMN and DNC also have excellent gear... but they're still lolSMN and lolDNC.

Merit-wise, I'm a little above-average, but far from my usual high standards. My RDM (Ice/Convert) / SAM (Store TP/Meditate) / BLM (Ice/Thunder) Group 1 merits are capped. Group 2, SAM overwhelm capped, RDM Slow II 3/5. Everything else I haven't finished (2 in Freeze/Burst II, 1 in Bio III, 2 in Phalanx II, etc.).

I'm a full gear-setup kind of guy. I.E. my SAM has a Haste/6-hit setup, WS setup, my RDM has a full enfeeblingMND-INT and elemental setups, etc etc. I take every piece of equipment in my inventory into consideration and make the full use out of it.
