New Link system and other goodies.

We have set up a new links system that has more features the the old one, such as commenting, voting, and image banners.
All linkshell links that we found active have been moved over. If you would like to update your linkshell's listing, please submit a new link let us know somewhere that its an update and we will remove the old one.

We have also brought back the FFXI profile info and have also added new FFXI job smilies.
