Those who know Nebimonites, is the Ship or Grotto the better spot to fish them up.
Which Rod and Bait to use to bring more Nebs then other fish or items up etc.

Tried to look on mysterytour and other sites for the Fishing guides that show drops with what rod etc.

Any help would be great

I personally have never fished in the Grotto, dunno why, I just prefer the ferry, so I really can't help you there. However, I've never had a problem catching nebimonites on the ferry.

My favorite rod/bait setup is Halcyon rod (I'm too lazy to get my Lu Shang's, got to about 1000 moat carp and just...lost interest x.x) and a shrimp lure. You will also catch noble lady with this setup, but that's never bothered me, seeing as nebs and nobles go for about the same price, give or take, on Caitsith. Also, depending on your fishing skill, I've never had a problem second-guessing when I've got a neb or a noble on my rod, so if you don't want them for whatever reason, you can just cancel them when you get a feel for them.

I'm personally not a fan of using bait so much, but I hear tell that crayfish balls are an alternative to the shrimp lure.

Noble Lady are 66 skill I am only 41 + 4 will they kind of cut out or can they apply some skill ups at an OK rate?
Will it break the Halcyon Rod as well?

Well, my fishing's only 20-something, and I land them with ease and skill up on them. I've only had my halcyon rod break once, and that was my own fault for trying to reel a fish in too early.

I'm gona skill up on the ferry all the way to 60+. There's so much gil to be made - you just gotta have the patience.

I finally got a chance with Nebs and Noble Lady, i only caught 1 fish then my line broke :/ is this common because it happened pretty quick into the boat ride as well as the HP for the fish was 0 too.
