This question has never been answered before, so I'm going to give it my full attention.

JAYKAY, CHECK THE STICKIES!!!!

But I'll hit some points that aren't really mentioned because I don't want to write up my bio lab.

What BLM gear you'll want depends upon your system. If you don't have access to windower macros, then some things (like Dark/Enfeebling magic) will be limited to 6 pieces (5 for Dark) because it isn't realistic to assume that two macros presses worth of gear swaps go through to the server in the time it takes Sleep, Grav, Bind, Drain, or Aspir to cast. As such, there is great gear for them that just isn't practical. I'm in this situation, so here's my dream gear for those macros:

Dark -
Pluto's Staff // Dark Torque // Nashira Manteel // Sorcerer's Gloves +1 // Merciful Cape // Wizard's Tonban
You can trade Genie Huaraches for Merciful Cape if you have space. Honestly, if you skipped both of them and just used Swift Belt + Anrin Obi when appropriate I wouldn't tell. It makes necessary macro systems more convenient to have Hands/Legs/Waist all tied to staves because they are the ones that change with day.

Enfeebling -
((Staff Macro)) + Genie Tiara // Enfeebling Torque // Wizard's Coat +1 // Master Caster's Bracelets when applicable, Oracle's Gloves when not // Altruistic Cape // Genie Lappas
You press the staff macro, then the enfeebling macro really fast. It's helpful to move the cursors in your macro menu while you wait for your previous spell to hit.

MPwH -
Pluto's Staff // Oracle's Cap // Phi Necklace // Relaxing Earring // Antivenom Earring // Mahatma Hpl. // Oracle's Gloves // Star Sapphire Ring x2 (lolol) // Invigorating Cape // Qiqirn Sash +1 // Yigit/Oracle's Seraweels // Any MPwH+3 feet.
Just make this two macros. You'll exceed the macro limit if you actually have 2 Star Rings,

I'm not going over nuking, because if you spent 30 seconds in the stickies you could find it and it's pretty highly debated/situational.
