About the mission A Pose by any other name, I have a question.

It is said that "When you refuse to model and/or you are coming too late, you get the title "Lower than the Lowest Tunnel Worm" instead of "Supermodel" "

I'd like this funny title, but also I need to clear this mission for my fellow quest. Does refusing to model mark this mission as failed?
