I've been looking around for a place to see if there are any breeders on my server and so far have come up empty handed. It seems to actually get a Chococard(M) and Chococard(F) of the same color will end up being harder than i thought. So, breeders and buyers, post here if you'd like to advertise what you have or what you want. I'll keep a semi-updated list here of who has what and prices they want for it.

Basically.. you can't. When you buy the card, it'll list the name of the chocobo, and their gender, but not their color, abilities, or other stats. The only way for you to make a transaction and be sure of what you're getting is to take the trainer of the chocobo to Kamp Kweh and inspect the choco yourself, to make sure it's what they're advertising, but most people who sell cards just mule them and are AFK (and not necessarily the original owners of the chocobo, just a mule) and a lot of people who sell them retired their chocobos ages ago and can't use Kamp Kweh because of it.

That being said, on a newer server with a notoriously negative image, I've yet to buy a chocobo card from a vendor and have it turn out to be something other than what they advertised. Obviously you can't be 100% sure of their abilities/stats etc even when you breed them, but the color will be visible. I've bought probably 3-4 chococards from random mules and they all seem to have been legit.

Tried my best to keep my chocobo names matched to their colors. Ballistic Beetle was my first yellow, but his kids Blue Beetle and Blood Beetle were blue and red, respectively. I really got lucky on the names matching the colors.
